Stu Thomas is well-known internationally as bassist for Kim Salmon & The Surrealists, and Dave Graney & The MistLY, and his first album is a darkly acoustic affair, featuring Stu's deep-well vocals plus a number of duets with different female singers. The first release of this album was Audrey Records, Australia in 2004.

Release notes:
The versions on this album of the songs "Treble And Bass" and "Road To Hell"are different from those on the "Resonance" EP of 2002. This version of "Treble And Bass" only appears on this release (the 2004 Australian release).
All songs by Stu Thomas except tracks 2 & 5 by Stu Thomas & Delaney Davidson, and track 11 by Johnny Cash.
ST recorded & produced this album, and played nylon string guitar, bass, trumpet, valve trombone, sitar, drums, steel string guitar, organ, electric guitar, shaker, double bass, synthesizer, accordion, tack piano, melodica, handclaps, finger-bell, tambourine, congas and sang.
